About Me
I'm a recent graduate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a Computer Information Technology Diploma. I also graduated "With Distinctions"GPA of 3.2 or higher (80%+), note that in CIT we had 7 classes a term! which wasn't very easy. My journey in technology has been driven by curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems.
With hands-on experience in IT Operations and Full Stack Web Development, I bring a unique blend of technical skills and practical knowledge to every project. I'm always eager to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative solutions.
When I'm not coding, you'll find me on the basketball court, in the gym, or playing guitar. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and bringing creativity from all aspects of life into my technical work.

Work Experience
I am helping setup Salesforce for Lift The Children at John Volken Academy (liftthechildren.org). At Lift the Children our mission is to seek out the world’s most destitute children and provide them with the necessities, training, and inspiration they need to develop, grow, and become self-sufficient.
Job Duties:
- Customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to meet requirements set by stakeholders.
- Cleaned excel spreadsheets so that they could be imported into Salesforce easier
- Currently working on Paypal API integration for automatic storing of payments
Skills & Technologies:
I am assisting the restaurant operations at Adonis Vancouver, a Greek cuisine restuarant with an exciting nightlife.
Job Duties:
- Andonis is Vancouver's largest Greek supper club in the Granville Entertainment District that mixes a traditional dine-in restaurant with live performances and nightlife activity.
- High-traffic establishment and fast-paced environment, requiring total concentration and multi-tasking.
- Prepared classic and restaurant specific mixed drinks, cocktails, shots, shooters, and wines with the bar team.
- Taking guests orders and serving food and drinks to guests in a polite manner.
- Entertained guests with traditional Greek dances and bottle service celebrations with front of house staff.
- Packed guest's food in takeout containers and bussed their table once they departed.
- Restocked glassware, syrups, liquor, and garnish for making drinks to ensure the bar could serve drinks quicker.
- Moved chairs, tables, and restaurant decor as needed to give a fine dining aesthetic upon guests arrival.
- Performed maintenance on carousel glasswasher (taking the machine apart, washing the parts, cleaning inside the machine, reassembling it, and restocking the chemicals used for sanitization)

Job Duties:
- Fixed a wide range of technological issues occurring on client's mobile phones and computers, issues typically being software applications, hardware, settings, configuration, or network related. Educated clients on the cause of the issue.
- Advised clients on specific products and services throughout the Computer, Audio Video and Photo/Electronics departments to help find products that matched their needs.
- Sold technological products to customers, closed sales with a PoS (Point of Sale) system.
- Communicated clearly and positively with customers, vendors, employees and management.

Completed a project at CodeRunner IT during my completion of Level 4 of the Computer Information Technology Program at BCIT via their ISSP program, leading to my successful graduation!
Job Duties:
- Developed a scalable cloud-based platform in a microservices architecture to handle airplane inspections via an AI model, saving clients time during their routine maintenance.
- Designed system collaboratively with other developers, keeping in mind best practices for microservices development, such as Single Responsibility Principle, API Gateways, Asynchronous Communication, etc.
- Participated in code reviews and agile development processes
- Authored comprehensive documentation, including project scope plans, system architecture diagrams, and technical handover materials using Microsoft Office to support project continuity and onboarding.

Completed a project at PHSA during my completion of Level 3 of the Computer Information Technology Program at BCIT via their ISSP program.
Job Duties:
- Built an administrative web platform for nursing program management, streamlining operations for program administrators
- Developed and integrated an AI-powered placement system for matching nursing students with preceptors, including meeting scheduling feedback automation, and database driven user-management
- Participated in code reviews and agile development processes
- Collaborated with stakeholders to evaluate limitations with existing system HSP.net, gathering technical requirements to inform design and functionality decisions.

Worked temporarily as a Voting Equipment Officier during the 2024 BC Provincial Election.
Job Duties:
- Ensured proper technology set up and functionality throughout the provincial election. Primarily included external computer hardware and devices, such as mouses, laptops, printers, and elections tabulators.
- Followed provided troubleshooting guides or used intuition to resolve issues in fast-paced environment.
- Transported technology to election sites and back to the elections office safely.
